CLG specializes in civil litigation, specifically related to complex commercial transactions, corporate dissolutions, contractual disputes and trade secrets misappropriation matters, in state and federal courts in the San Francisco Bay Area. The firm provides value to companies by assisting them to protect their valuable trade secrets by conducting trade secrets audits and implementing policies and programs to protect companies’ trade secrets.
CLG recognizes that a driving factor in litigation is the increasing cost of electronic discovery. CLG has applied creative electronic discovery solutions to save its clients hundreds of thousands of dollars in complex commercial litigation. Since CLG recognizes that litigation is never an easy or inexpensive route, we strive wherever possible to aggressively pursue alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation or arbitration.
