John F. Cooke
John F. Cooke possesses legal expertise in the areas of business, trade secrets, complex commercial matters, employment and real estate litigation. John also advises clients on a variety of corporate law issues, including those affecting the protection of intellectual property, employee mobility and governance matters. When litigation is unavoidable, John pays particular attention to the development of detailed eDiscovery plans thereby assisting his clients in creating and managing a predictable and cost effective budget for Electronically Stored Information (“ESI”). In taking a client centered approach John always strives to make sure that the strategic goals of the individual or corporate client are the highest priority.
